Happy Halloween!!

Just wrapping up my 31 for 21 post...another year down! Hope you all enjoyed reading as much as I enjoyed writing!!

Tonight we went trick or treating with some neighbors and had a great time. Cameron is still at an age where it's not ALL about getting as much candy as possible- but more about the experience. So even though we only hit up a total of maybe six houses, he thought it was the greatest thing ever!

This was pre-TOT'ing...getting ready to leave.

On our way out. This was as good as it got as far as a picture with both my babies.

First stop:

Nguyen was dying from laughter thanks to Cameron and his "Thank you, sir" after every house we visited.

Gabby got in on some TOT'ing action as well.

and FINALLY, we were home. The kids had a blast sorting through everything, Gabby especially!

Cameron's first pick was a reese's peanut butter cup. Yup...he must be my son!

until she found something that really got her excited!

(don't worry- she never got to taste the sugar babies...just a couple of licks of a lollipop!)

Cameron enjoyed his last piece of candy for the night while lounging around with The Dad.

We had a great night and hope you all did too!

Well, it is officially October which means the men in my house broke out the Halloween decor and got to work.

Good job, boys!

While daddy was busy getting things set up outside, Cameron took a moment to flirt with our neighbor, Miss T.

But then it was back to business!

Tomorrow we get to tackle Halloween costumes. Wish us luck...Cameron has been pretty indecisive!

The neighbors came over for their treats and my neighbor, Max just couldn't resist the princess. Unfortunately for him, she did a shadoobie right before he grabbed her, so their visit was short-lived.

Cam came home and passed out hard. He was allowed only a couple pieces of candy and he picked the grossest thing of all.

A gummy sponge bob "crabby patty." Silly boy!

Today is my 31st post for the 31 for 21 campaign! I am so relieved I got through it despite a couple of unfortunate bumps in the road! ;) I hope you enjoyed these last 31 days as much as I have!

Last night we carved our pumpkins. Cam was a grouch for the majority of the time but I managed to get a few of him smiling!

He was so excited to get to hold the knife. He wasn't actually allowed to do any carving, but he was still proud to be holding a tool! Goob.

This is where Nguyen was "pretending" to let Cam carve. Shortly after this photo, Cam realized he wasn't getting anywhere with his pumpkin and he began crying...again.
